Solution:
The marketing and growth structure was reorganized to integrate performance marketing, CRM, and data insights into a more cohesive and scalable setup. Internal capabilities were strengthened to reduce agency dependency and improve execution speed.

Operational improvements and technical optimizations enabled more agile campaign management and faster experimentation. A structured testing framework for creatives, audiences, and messaging was implemented to expand reach beyond the core target group.

At the same time, the internationalization roadmap was developed, including the launch of the Austrian market and preparation for further European expansion. Reporting systems and performance frameworks were introduced to ensure all decisions were driven by real-time data and historical learnings.
